What renews, and when?
Editions and the Listing Video Plan renew automatically every month (or every year on yearly billing) at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Kits, reels, walkthroughs and packs are one-time and never renew. Yearly members get a reminder email about 30 days before renewal.
How do I cancel?
Online in your account in two clicks, anytime. You keep everything already delivered. No calls, no forms.
What if I don't use everything in my plan?
An unused walkthrough carries over one month. Reels you skip can be swapped for another reel type through the change form. If you regularly use less than your plan, we'll suggest a smaller one.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime in your account. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Yes. Pause for a month when business is slow; your style and settings stay saved.
Is there a guarantee?
If your first delivery isn't right, tell us what to change. If it still isn't right, you get your money back.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
