From public U.S. housing market research data, published monthly for metros, counties and ZIP codes. The source is credited on every edition, so you can post it with confidence.

Which cities do you cover?+

Most U.S. metros and many ZIP codes. If your market is too small for reliable monthly data, we tell you before your first edition and refund you.

Is the voiceover a real person?+

No. It is a natural synthetic voice (female or male, your choice). Instagram may ask you to mark the reel as AI generated. We recommend you do.

Can I ask for changes?+

Yes. Reply to your delivery email with one round of corrections per edition, for example a typo in your brokerage name.
