About Virtual Staging
Is virtual staging allowed?
Yes, if it's disclosed. Every image we deliver is labeled "Virtually staged" and comes with the original, as MLS rules and California's AB 723 expect. Never use staging to hide defects.
What stays the same?
Everything that's part of the home: walls, floors, windows, views, fixtures. We only add movable furniture and decor.
Can I choose the style?
Yes: modern, Scandinavian, modern farmhouse, coastal, luxury, mid-century or traditional. Add a wish per room, e.g. a desk by the window.
What photos work best?
Bright, straight photos of empty rooms, shot from a corner. Phone photos are fine. We gently fix exposure and white balance.
What if I don't like a result?
One round of changes per photo is included: different sofa, lighter colors, fewer items.
