Single reels ($49)

One round of changes is included. If the reel still isn't right after that, we refund you in full. Fixes for our own mistakes are always free.

Editions (subscriptions)

Your first delivery comes as a preview. If it isn't right after one round of changes, we refund your first payment. You can cancel or pause anytime in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep everything already delivered. Annual plans can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Markets without reliable data

If your market lacks reliable monthly data, we tell you before your first delivery and refund you in full.

EU consumers

Our services are made for businesses (real estate professionals). If you buy as a consumer in the EU, your statutory withdrawal right for digital content ends once delivery starts with your express consent.
