What we process and why

• Checkout. When you pay, Stripe processes your name, email, billing address, tax ID if provided, and payment details. We receive the order details, never your full card number. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Onboarding and production. The name, brokerage, contact details, market, brand details, logos, photos and listing facts you submit are used to produce and deliver your orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Delivery and service emails. We email you confirmations and your deliverables. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Newsletter. Only if you tick the consent box, we email you tips and occasional offers. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website.

Service providers

We use processors bound by data processing agreements: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare via our website platform provider (hosting and file storage), Resend (email delivery), and production tools including AI voice, image and text services that process your details only to create your deliverables. Some providers are located in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Uploaded files and production data are deleted 90 days after your last order or the end of your subscription. Invoices and payment records are kept for seven years as required by Austrian tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, www.dsb.gv.at) or the authority where you live.
