Real Estate Content Calendar: A Simple 4-Week Posting Plan
Most agents don't run out of ideas, they run out of weeks. A simple content calendar fixes that: one theme per week, three posts a week, and the same rhythm every month. Here is a 4-week real estate content calendar you can copy and repeat.

The weekly rhythm
- Monday: one useful number or fact about your market, with its source.
- Wednesday: the week's theme (see below) as a photo post or carousel.
- Friday: something personal and local: a coffee shop, a park, an event this weekend.
- Once a week: one personal text or email to past clients who opted in to hear from you.
The 4 themes
- Week 1, market update: median list price, days on market and what it means for buyers and sellers in your city.
- Week 2, listings: just listed, open house and just sold posts (your own listings only).
- Week 3, home tips: seasonal maintenance, small fixes before selling, moving checklists.
- Week 4, neighborhood: local businesses, events and places you like, described by what they offer.
Keep it going
- Batch the month in one sitting: write the 12 captions, then schedule them.
- Answer comments and messages every Friday so no question waits a week.
- At the end of the month, look at what people saved or shared and make more of that.
- Keep a running note of client questions. Each one is a future post.
