- Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, FL: 85 days (−5.56%)
- Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford, FL: 75 days (−2.60%)
- Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL: 74 days (−3.90%)
- Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos, TX: 73 days (+1.39%)
- San Antonio-New Braunfels, TX: 68 days (no change)
- Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler, AZ: 67 days (−4.29%)
- Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA: 63 days (−4.55%)
What it means
- The four slowest big metros were all in Florida.
- In six of these eight metros, listings spent fewer days on the market than a year earlier. Austin was slower and San Antonio was unchanged.
